Through ARP, the AAA ERG seeks to collaborate with institutions who believe in developing the future science and technology workforce. By working together, we aim to diversify and enrich the STEM pipeline and prepare the next generation of laboratory leaders by facilitating early exposure to STEM concepts and research methods.
ARP’s success in improving students’ attitudes towards STEM and encouraging many of them to further pursue research and academic studies demonstrates the value of this program and its positive impact on the community. We invite institutions to partner with us in helping to maintain and build on the success of the program, so that more students can be inspired by and connected to STEM.
