We all know that exercise is good for our cardiovascular system, it helps to build muscle, and improves stamina.  But did you know that exercise is good for the brain as well?

Exercise affects mood, vitality, alertness, and feelings of well- being.  It helps you to think more clearly, perform better, and improves your morale.  So if you need a little morale boost, come and join the Argonne Exercise Club for a daily workout.
