Argonne’s African American/Black Club (AABC) will host the Second Annual Taste of AABC on Thursday, August 1, 2013, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The Taste takes place at the lawn between the Bistro 213 Cafeteria and Bldg. 200. Everyone is cordially invited to attend and sample the cuisine of the AABC’s finest amateur chefs.

Entertainment will be provided by the Low End Theory Drum Ensemble.

Tickets go on sale in the Bistro 213 Cafeteria Monday, July 22, through Wednesday, July 31, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

AABC members meal tickets are $6, and non-members meal tickets are $8. A meal ticket provides one meat selection, two sides, a dessert and a beverage.

“Taste” single-item tickets are $2, and beverages are $1 each.

All proceeds support the Argonne AABC Scholarship Fund.
