Dr. Theresa Christian is a Manager on the Corporate Strategy team at Exelon Corporation. In this role, she identifies strategic technology opportunities across the electricity value chain, executes targeted research projects with external partners, and manages a portfolio of technology development activities that support and inform Exelon’s vision of the future.
Prior to joining Exelon, Theresa earned her Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Colorado, Boulder for original research conducted at the National Renewable Energy Lab on novel semiconductor materials for opto-electronic applications. Her applied research experience also includes solar photovoltaic module design, experimental quantum computation, and super-resolution image processing. Theresa holds an M.S. in Applied Physics from the Swiss Federal Technical Institute (EPFL) in Lausanne, Switzerland and a B.S. in Physics from MIT.
