Important dates
- Deadline to complete Visitor Registration Form for access to the Argonne site: April 4
Please complete the visitor registration form at your earliest convenience to allow ample time for processing. - Deadline for registration: April 15.
Travel support may be available for students subject to availability of funds. - Deadline for poster abstract submission: April 15.
Hot topics talks will be selected from abstract submissions. - Deadline for housing reservation: May 16.
A reserved block of rooms for single or double occupancy is available from May 30-June 5 on first come first served basis.
(Note for international attendees: If you require a visa to travel to the U.S., please apply as soon as possible. Information on the visa process can be found by visiting the U.S. Department of State. If you need a letter for the visa application, please contact the conference chair).
