Let the Argonne Exercise Club Help You Keep Your New Year’s Resolution
2023 could be the new you you’ve been hoping for. The Argonne Exercise Club is ready to help employees meet their fitness goals.
The club offers a variety of classes every week including mindful movement, yoga, pilates, kickboxing, sticks, and trim-and-tone. There are morning classes from 8:30 a.m. – 9:15 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the exercise room of the lab’s fitness center, Building 200, Room K131 and remote on Teams. The afternoon classes are held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 11:40 a.m. – 12:25 p.m. Classes are held in the exercise room of the lab’s fitness center, Building 200, Room K131 on Wednesdays and remote on Teams on Mondays and Fridays. Making a commitment to exercise with the club on a daily basis not only helps you meet your fitness goals, but it’s a great stress reliever as well. All the classes are geared for all levels of fitness.
Membership dues are $30 per calendar year and cover attendance at any and all classes, as well as the group’s holiday party and annual picnic.
