Let the Argonne Exercise Club Help You Keep Your New Year’s Resolution
2018 could be the new you you’ve been hoping for. The Argonne Exercise Club is ready to help employees meet their fitness goals.
The club offers a variety of classes every week including yoga, Pilates, kickboxing, step aerobics and trim-and-tone. There are some morning classes from 8:05 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. (check the calendar), and afternoon classes that are held on a daily basis from 11:40 a.m. – 12:25 p.m. All classes are held in the exercise room of the lab’s fitness center, Building 200, Room K131. Making a commitment to exercise with the club on a daily basis not only helps you meet your fitness goals, but it’s a great stress reliever as well. All the classes are geared for all levels of fitness.
Membership dues are $30 per calendar year and cover attendance at any and all classes, as well as the group’s holiday party and annual picnic.
