The Benefits of Exercise

We all need a little push now and then when it comes to exercising.  While we can’t turn back the clock and stop the aging process, overwhelming evidence indicates that even sedentary adults can restore the body to good health even into the later years of life when they adopt healthy behaviors such as regular physical activity, and proper nutrition.
