Meeting Minutes, 4/21/15

Plot news
- Most are assigned – can still turn in forms but be patient as the process is time-consuming
- We still need stewards for two areas – Building 200 rows 3 and 5 – please contact [email protected] if you might be interested!
- FMS says that weather permitting, they may be able to start tilling this weekend in the courtyards – the rest will follow in the next few weeks
- To prepare for tilling, please remove all debris from your plot, including cages, stakes, rocks, etc.
- Stewards, please contact [email protected] to let us know that you’ve checked all plots in your area and they are ready for tilling
- After tilling, FMS will drop off all the equipment stored last winter at the correct sites
- Please don’t store yard waste or equipment against the walls – we’d like to till all the way to the wall (also deters rodents/pests)

Fruit trees onsite
- FMS planted a second round of fruit trees on the south side near Building 200 – come take a look
- 12-14 in total
- Apple, peach, plum, pear
- FMS will care for
- Possibility of spraying dormant oil to deter pests – more details to follow
