Argonne’s Hispanic/Latino Club (HLC) Tamale Sale is back—just in time for the Thanksgiving holiday—now through Friday, November 11, 2022, to raise funds for student scholarship funds. Here is the link to the announcement in Community News
Since 2011, the HLC employee resource group has partnered with local businesses to distribute more than $40,000 in scholarships to nearly 100 students, ranging from incoming high school freshmen to graduate students in STEM.
Submit your order by November 11; Pick-up on November 16
- Cheese, chicken, or pork tamales are $18 per dozen.
- Review and fill out the order form by Friday, November 11, which includes a list of club members who can accept the order and payment.
- Pick up your order on Wednesday, November 16, at the Building 205 Library (L101) from 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. If you are unable to pick up your order on the designated day, please coordinate a separate pick-up time with Mary Nunez.
