NPA-2012ConferenceLOGONational Postdoctoral Association Annual Meeting

Another great National Postdoctoral Association Annual Meeting was held this past week in St. Louis, MO. Argonne was represented by Postdoctoral Program Coordinator, Tina Henne, PSA Liasion Officer, Dooshaye Moonshiram, Argonne Representative to the Midwest Postdoctoral Forum, Bachir Aoun and CNM Manager of User/Outreach Programs, Katie Carrado Gregar.

Tina and Dooshaye presented a poster on behalf of the PSA and Postdoctoral Program Office on Best Practices for Establishing and Sustaining a Postdoctoral Mentoring Program. Bachir attended workshops on career development for postdocs and made some great connections through networking. Katie participated in a panel discussion on Diversifying Your Career Path, which was a common theme throughout the meeting.
