SACLA XFEL trip

Lin, Michael Mara, Sam Xie, Tae Wu Kim, and Darren Hsu (NU student) just returned from a successful beamtime run at the XFEL at SACLA at SPring-8 in Japan! They were using the sub-picosecond pulses to investigate electron and energy transfer pathways in multimetallic complexes by multi-edge time-resolved X-ray absorption spectroscopy.

The team is working through the massive amount of data and hopes to communicate the results soon!
