About the Program
WIST is seeking both mentees and facilitators for the launch of the Mentoring Circles Program.
Mentoring circles is an opportunity to build a cohort of support for your career development objectives by engaging in peer-to-peer mentoring and networking. Each cohort represents a mentoring “circle” of 10-12 participants and a facilitator to drive the session(s). The program is designed to span the course of a fiscal year and includes the following:
- Introductory networking session with all cohorts for the given fiscal year
- Six facilitated discussions with your individual cohort, covering specific topical areas
- Mid-course networking and review session with all cohorts
- Post-course networking and review session with all cohorts
- Optional networking lunches to continue engaging with your cohort
Formal training on the content will be provided to facilitators prior to the sessions. Feel free to contact Lauren Boldon ([email protected]) or Elizabeth Scheet ([email protected]) for more details.
