Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to laboratory leadership on issues (e.g., policies, procedures) concerning the success of women at the laboratory;
- Assist in the design and development of WIST Program goals and objectives;
- Lead execution of program activities including leading the annual Science Careers in Search of Women Conference; and,
- Assist in achieving diversity, equity and inclusion goals and supporting activities geared toward attracting and retaining staff from underutilized groups.
