TIMOTHY LEE TYSZKA
MARCH 28, 1967 – DECEMBER 6, 2023
Timothy of Rochelle, passed December 6, 2023, beloved son and brother of Dora Tyszka Devlin, Patricia (Tyszka) Robbins (Jeff) and Mark Tyszka. He was, also, fond step-father of Robin Hughes and Jake Cronsell (Laura), (Angela Lee Tyszka, ex-wife), and grandfather to Sophie, Asher and Lincoln, as well as uncle/great-uncle and friend to many. Tim was a 1985 graduate of Downers Grove North High School, and went on to study at the Guitar Institute of California. Tim was a musician, athlete, Doctor Who enthusiast and an avid pool player. Tim’s true spirit was as an avid pool player, he participated in several local pool leagues in the DuPage County area and one in Beloit, Wisconsin and had recently qualified for the regional 9 ball tournament (a personal goal). Tim was a kind and gentle soul, who would offer his time to help or teach any skill he had a love of and spent many hours reading, playing pool and guitar with the youngest ones in his life. Tim had a successful career as an IT professional with the City of Rochelle and was set to retire December of 2024. Tim was preceded in death by his father, Lawrence Peter Tyszka.
