Welcome Echolink

Echolink, the RF interface to VOIP on the network, has been up and running ( or at least stumbling ) since 29 Feb, 2012.  At that time it was located in my lab, 435 E 020 undergoing Bata testing you could say.  Didn’t look pretty but it was starting to work.  This was just the beginning.  There would be changes to be made in the future.
