How To Find the AARC Off Hours General Meeting Place,

This weeks General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 17 October at 6:30 pm at Argonne National Laboratory, at the APS, building 401, room A1100.  The purpose of this meeting is simply to give members and non-members alike the opportunity to get together and enjoy the presentation which will be given by several members of the York Radio Club on the the topic of APRS or automated packet reporting system aka automated position reporting system.  We will also have several examples of equipment and software that are used in this mode.   I hope you can all make it.  Be sure to contact me, if you haven’t already, to make arrangements for a pass to be waiting for you at the gate.  When you arrive at the Main Gate off of Cass Ave., the security guard will give you directions to find the APS.  For a map to show how to find the meeting place simply click on this link MAP  .  See you there!!!
