Welcome Emily!

Emily has joined the group as a DOE-SGSSR fellow. She is a graduate student in the Blakemore group at the University of Kansas where she studies structural and electrochemical aspects of reductive activation of uranyl, bimetallic complexes of Ce(III), and other bimetallic complexes of uranyl. At ANL, she is focusing on applying these electrochemical and structural techniques to Np and Pu in aqueous media as well as the development of new acetate based starting materials.
