Nominations for the 2023 Sustainability Champions due by April 18
- Do you know a colleague who deserves to be recognized for their sustainability efforts on campus? Sustainability champions advance campus sustainability through day-to-day activities and projects.
- All lab employees are eligible to be recognized as a champion for creating a more sustainable campus and culture with actions big and small. To nominate a colleague, submit a nomination formby Tuesday, April 18.
- We will announce the winners in late April and highlight them at the lab’s upcoming Open Houseon Saturday, May 20.
Earth Day 2023 Photo Contest: Submit your entry by April 21
- As the temperature warms up and we begin to spend more time outside, join us in embracing and celebrating Earth by sharing a photo of your favorite environmentally friendly activity. Snap a photo of your garden or capture another moment to show your colleagues how we appreciate the Earth.
- Participate in the photo contest by completing the Earth Day 2023 Photo Contest formby Friday, April 21. The lab community will have a chance to vote the week of April 24, and we will select three winners. Check back on MyArgonne for specific voting instructions and to view winning submissions.
- We also encourage you to post your photo submission on Argonne Connects with the hashtag #EarthDay2023.
