Lin is on a roll this summer…
Lin is a co-investigator on a newly awarded program, “Photocatalyzed Degradation and Chemical Recycling of Polymers Using Visible Light Photo-oxidation Catalysts”, through the DOE FAIR (Funding for Accelerated, Inclusive Research) Initiative, which is led by Professor Samantha Brown-Xu in the Department of Chemistry at Northeastern Illinois University. The FAIR Initiative is part of an Office of Science program aimed at building research capacity, infrastructure and expertise at institutions historically underrepresented in DOE’s Office of Science portfolio, including Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs) and Emerging Research Institutions (ERIs).
